When to Write

• File or reading issues — unreadable files, formatting errors, or failures on a particular device or browser. For instance, if an EPUB of The Sundering Flood fails to display footnotes correctly, we want to know.

What to Include in Your Message

To help us address your report efficiently, please provide the following details where applicable:

• The full ebook title (e.g., The trail of deception or Tales of Space and Time).
• The file format you attempted to use (EPUB, PDF, HTML, etc.).
• The device or browser and its version (e.g., Chrome 120 on Windows 11, or Kindle Paperwhite 11th generation).
• A clear description of the observed problem, including any error messages. For reading companions like Woodcliff or Raiders Invisible, specify which part of the text is affected.
• If the issue involves copyright or rights, any supporting information you can provide about the work’s legal status, such as publication date or country of origin.

You do not need to include your full name or contact details unless you wish to receive a follow-up. We read every message, though we cannot guarantee a personal reply in every case.
